Alright some of you are smoking crack. A lot of posts not based on the reality of the situation.

Its not just one game. Been harping on this since last season.

Franz defers to the team too much.

Your 2nd best option shouldn’t be having multiple games with low FGA. This happened at least twice or thrice last season, and this season as well. Especially when our team is losing.

Redick also mentioned this during the telecast with Franz himself telling him yesterday that Franz was overanalyzing things.

Even in Jj Redick’s podcast, Franz did mention he doesnt have that killer instincts because its not how it is played in europe.

He wasn’t groomed for this role.

Like I said previously, its like the Sixers turning Iguodala into the leader. Guy is a high end role player, he isn’t a 2nd option.

It was all 4 road games though. They were absolutely atrocious offensively on the road.

This flat out ridiculous to put Suggs in this. That guy busted his ass all series he had to guard Mitchell and chase garland around.

LOL. I’m one of his biggest fans I definitely understand his defensive impact but we cannot just give him a ridiculous contract because we love his effort. I would LOVE for him to be worth a max or near max contract but he’s not. We absolutely can’t lose him either. We just need to be smart about his, and Franz’, contracts.

Well yea I don’t think Suggs has earned a max but I don’t think anyone thinks that. He will get 25-30 per year though

I think everything depends on matchups. People here were saying how awful Aaron Gordon was last year in the playoffs, and then he had better matchups as they advanced.

I'm sorry, but if anyone has this numbers, he'll get critisized.

Today he played scared.

He is a role player, asked to do more than he can handle.

I think part of whats unfortunate of him playing with the ball in his hands so much is it takes away from one of his greatest skills, his ability to cut

Franz and Suggs combined for 3-28 is just not survivable. Unfortunately the moment got too big for them and they played tight, thinking too much. It wasn’t just them by the way. Lots of guys played tight and couldn’t execute or make good decisions. Suggs and Franz will learn from this.

With no 3 point shot Franz can only fiest on drives, and Mobley is maybe the best defender in the NBA to challenge it for him.
