It’s over! To think it all started with “eff the big three, it’s just big me.”

This beef has been more entertaining than the first round of playoffs so far.

Drake didn't listen to the warnings. Year of the truth.

Thank you K Dot!

As soon as people start people start talking about Drake and Kendrick Lamar, it makes me want play songs like these really loud.

It was far from perfect, but I really enjoyed Season 1.

This is looking pretty good.

I'm a fan of French movie director François Ozon (art-house type, slow burning, typical European fare). Today I watched what's probably my favourite of his movies, "Double Lover."

I'd describe it as a mind**** inside a mind**** that happens to be inside another mind**** :D Pure psychological goodness, so well filmed and acted. At times it reminded me of "Sisters" (Brian De Palma) and "Dead Ringers," and there were a couple of shots that seemed inspired by "The Shining," but this movie is its own thing.

I'll leave the trailer here in case you're into this stuff. Warning: NSFW.

Great movie.
"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

YouTube's at it again. And I haven't listened to this rather unique song for a while, so I'm linking it here.

Fencer reregistered wrote:I'm finally having trouble with YouTube's crackdown on ad blockers, so I'll embed a few of my favorites here.

For starters, Hilary Hahn has become my favorite violinist of all time, ahead even of Heifitz (better left hand) or Perlman. She finally has a performance of the Tschaikowsky Violin Concerto up on YouTube:

Her Beethoven Violin Concerto has long been one of my favorite listens:

And her Mendelssohn Concerto, for me, ranks even above that.

Banned temporarily for, among other sins, being "Extremely Deviant".
