Every single dollar they potentially save on Franz and Suggs' extensions is another dollar they can potentially spend elsewhere.

He's exactly what I said to give Suggs and Franz. Suggs at $19-20m and Franz at $25-26m. Like Marks said, only 3 non allstars are getting the max. Franz could potentially make one in the future, but he's going to have to improve his shooting.
