That was some BS ... Pacers had #'s off the steal too, most likely would have scored. Just AMAZING that you can't review a kicked ball violation. Who in the world added that to the rulebook???

You almost never see those moving screens called but good job by DVV for flopping and getting the foul. The league will probably in the 2 minute review call it a flow which won't affect the outcome of the game.
