The first heat bag thrown on the court was suspension-worthy but Murray might have gotten lucky with just a fine, but after seeing that 2nd towel throw the NBA absolutely has no choice but to suspend him.

What an epic meltdown.

Don't get into the habit of feeding trolls, guys.

That being said, yes it should probably be a game suspension especially with the refs not catching him live and throwing him out. But it will probably just be a retroactive technical/fine or nothing at all. In any case, Murray isn't doing his reputation any favors this way.

100% is a suspension.

I dont agree with people saying wolves are better off with him playing. If he gets hot one game he can get the nuggets back in it. with him missing game 3 I don't see anything special happening for the nuggets.

We all deal in hyperbole here, but Murray throughout this game may have legitimately thrown the biggest tantrum we've ever seen in an NBA game. Yeah the offensive foul no-call was really bad, but that's hardly an excuse for all this behavior.

That's a 1-game suspension, 2 things thrown onto a court which could lead to an injury.

It should definitely be a game suspension. Everyone has bad days, but Murray showed a surprising lack of class on multiple occasions today. 1) Constant whining about the refs. 2) Money gesture (What's this even about in this case? NBA rigging the playoffs for that tasty greater Minneapolis metropolitan market?) 3) Overall bad body language. 4) Throwing towel on the floor. 5) Throwing heat pack on the floor. 6) Leaving without comment after the game. After the game was his shot to own up to his behavior and say "I had a terrible game and I was frustrated with some calls. I allowed myself to get in bad head space because of it and did some regrettable things." Instead, he just slunk out the back door.

Hopefully this is a gut check moment for him and he figures out who he wants to be as a person. Because he wasn't impressing anyone today.
