This fanbase gets excited for meaningless things like linsanity and talks about it for decades. Surely we can appreciate the greatest 5 game playoff run by a single player literally of all time right
I don’t think people appreciated Brunson enough even after last year. I was telling people earlier this year that Brunson had long become the Knicks’ best player and I still got pushback. It shouldn’t have taken this playoff series to see that - he was amazing against both Cleveland and Miami last year.
Beyond that, I think anyone who calls Linsanity meaningless is very wrong and the fact that it got brought up like this feels weird. I don’t wanna derail the thread so I’ll leave it there. I do think Brunson will get more flowers than any player got since Ewing, much less Lin, and rightfully so.

Don't love getting cooked in Mitch's minutes so far in this series. Which was completely predictable. Do his minutes almost losing us the game go in the "who gives a **** thread too?"

As an Italian-American I got to admit it’s cool to have a fellow paison starting for my team. Not many are even in the league at all. I’m hard on him sometimes because I know he’s capable of how he’s played the last 2 games on both ends.
He also played great defense on Haliburton. Maxey and Hali both covered in perfectly seasoned Ragu.

or was it miles mcbride's minutes when brunson was out and he played mitch/precious togther. because in the 2nd half mitch did not have losing minutes. you're not watching the game portlandia.

He also had Siakam played very well and Siakam still made the hard layup
