Re: Dipsy-Doo!: The Eric Collins Thread
Hi! I'm a Hornets fan from Brazil. I watch every game and i really like Eric Collins because he is like soccer announcers. All the excentiment he brings to the plays (especially in the Miles plays) make the game more fun. In the youtube and in the foruns i saw a huge hype in Collins, from the Nort Americans. You guys think the hype for this way more fun and loud he did, it is realated with the grow of soccer and the community latina in USA, internet and memes culture or is a change mentality of the audience, the media and how marketing is doing now?

Hum Diddly Dee: The Eric Collins Thread
I think we have the best announcer in the NBA, but he is a little mysterious..no social media accounts that am I aware of. A new short doc on him goes behind the scenes. He is hardworking, and sincere.

I wonder if the players love Eric Collins as much as us fans do? I'd think less of them if they don't.

Good post! You are right in that he probably was influenced by some of that latin style GOOOOOOAAAAALLLLL vibe. He is a lot of fun and one of the few things the Hornets have got right lately.
