Kinda, but not really. Excluding center, because that's a whole different evaluation to me, here's what we're looking at:
Nuclear Level
Kolek: 6.9 OBPM, 3.2 DBPM, 42 AST%, 2.8 STL%
Devin Carter: 7.3 OBPM, 5.0 DBPM, 23.3 AST%, 2.9 STL%, 2.8 BLK%
Mark Sears: 9.2 OBPM, 2.1 DBPM, 21.4 AST%, 2.6 STL%
A little step down
Knecht: 8.5 OBPM, 2.8 DBPM, 13 AST%, 1.3 STL% (I have some concerns about Mr. Knecht but he does cross the 10+ BPM threshold)
Shannon: 8.9 OBPM, 2.7 DBPM, 12 AST%, 1.7 STL%
Very Good
da Silva: 5.0 OBPM, 2.2 DBPM, 13.4 AST%, 2 STL%
McCullar: 4.5 OBPM, 2.8 DBPM, 22.9 AST%, 2.5 STL%
Tyson: 5.7 OBPM, 1.2 DBPM, 23.6 AST%, 2 STL%
One of the things I crucially left out is FTr. There are always exceptions (DiVincenzo and Mitchell) but being above a .300 FTr.
I want to make it clear, I'm not saying anyone below the top level is disqualified from becoming a good NBA player. There are other factors at play. I also hate selecting anyone in the first round below 6'5 because it becomes more variable the shorter players are from my amateur experience watching the draft.
