Nuggets got outplayed game 1. Nuggets had no chance in game 2 due to factors and they punted. They'll win the series.

Minn always plays Denver tuff. Past few seasons. They play against each other too (Northwest Division)
. Minn is fully healthy and matured a lot since last season. They are big, physical and deep.
Doesn't help with Nuggets injuries issues as well.

Interested in seeing how the game tomorrow will be refereed. That'll have a big determination on style of play allowed (since you never know from game to game what the star referees are going to do) and who wins.

People point out if the refs call few foul calls, it benefits the Wolves, and that is correct.

But remember, if the refs call lots of fouls, that also benefits the Wolves. When starters get in foul trouble, the Wolves have Kyle Anderson, Nickiel Alexander-Walker and Naz Reid ready to come off the bench. The Nuggets don’t have that kind of quality bench depth. Even Reggie Jackson is day-to-day, with sprains of both ankles.

I would imagine that the Wolves defense would invite a few more calls, but the refs would also have to call Jokic for that arm swing he often uses to get some of his shots off. The Wolves only lose the ref battle if the calls are one-sided against them.

Nuggets have to win 4 out of the next 5 and there's only 2 games at home for them left.
Game 3 is pretty much the whole season.

Last year was a weak year for the league. The new teams are here now and are on the rise.

I'm heading downtown for the game too. Every bar within 3 blocks of the target center is having a watch party with serious specials going for the game. Plus they'll probably have the game broadcasting on the screens outside target center onto 1st avenue. It's about to be lit!!
