I think JBB gets too much undeserved hate. The Cavs have been a playoff caliber team for 3 years now. He can't be that bad.

Milwaukee made a massive leap once Kidd left. That will always weigh heavily in my mind. And Dallas hasn't had any type of unexpected improvement since Kidd arrived.

I didn't realize Bickerstaff was mocked as a bad coach. That rep hits me as undeserved.

He'd be in the "Doc rivers" bad category, he'll get you to the playoffs, but never will do much there. Theoretically. Not saying he's bad because I dont watch many Cavs games to make that judgement but there's two types of "bad" coaches in a sense.

Bickerstaff is alright, but you cannot sit here and pretend he's an elite coach when the Cavs had to have Mobley and Garland injured to realize their winning formula was Mitchell + Allen.
