Where is Wolves' defense? It wasn't like this in game 2.

Minnesota’s defense always falls into the dumpster if the game is called super tight. It’s been a problem throughout the season, haven’t been able to adapt, even if they are also getting calls.

I mean it's hard to play defense when the refs disable it. It was clear from the jump.

True. But what's going on with Wolves' offense? Denver's defense hasn't changed. They need to get their head into this game.

Wolves do NOT have the focus they did in game 2. It isn't the same AT ALL. Ok fine refs are calling it tight you can't defend like you used to, but don't give up on your offensive game.

The officiating changes midseason to allow contact like pre pace and space era really benefited Wolves and their defense

If the game is officiated ticky tack and they cant be physical they got no chance. I dont think Denver has turned it over yet which is insane. Wolves ball pressure is nothing if they cant get physical and fouls are called

Get the point and see the difference this game, but not sure it's that relevant tonight. Not many non-shooting fouls tonight and that doens't seem to be effecting the game that much. Just crisp offensive movement and solid shot-making, DEN using the space it creates a lot better tonight. That's why the lead i whatnit is.
