Explain to me the ins and outs who and how the message is being sent to these refs from the league? Is it being done via email/text.. of course not.

Are there phone calls being made to these refs from the league? By whom?

Is there a get together in person by league office guys before the game with the refs???

Explain to me the logistics of how the league can make these refs biased without anyone knowing??

Outside of a couple of games here and there, after the first month of the year, he’s been a huge liability on the offensive end. To his credit, he doesn’t let it effect his defense, but it is a problem.
