It's worth noting that Sheppard's standing reach was ridiculously low for a guy with his height and wingspan. It looks like he tanked the standing reach to goose his vertical leap numbers. He probably has a 39-40 inch vertical.

Sure, he's had some misses, but Hollinger was dead on accurate regarding Johnny Davis. Winger & Dawkins are not going the safe route. I want Holland for the 2nd pick.
I am very curious if this is gonna be like day 2 and day 3 of the NFL Draft where play style/team fit begins to get much more relevant...if teams picture these guys as more smeared together are they gonna go for fit/style of play rather than ceiling, especially w/two of the top 3 picks going to teams that aren't cellar dwellers?
Could cause things to go really weird.
It definitely seems like the consensus aggregate top few picks is different from most of this boards preferences with Sarr, Risacher, Topic in the top 4 pretty consistently, there's usually 1 guy climbing in that's different, could be Reed for some, Clingan for others, Holland for some, Sheppard for others, but it's interesting, seems like there's a big 3 out of 4 or 5 that includes Sarr, Riscacher and Topic, and then no aggreement on which other two guys should be in a given top 5 (and they could be anywhere in that top 5).
Which is why this draft is probably gonna be really odd, far more built around fit, than talent, or that's what I suspect anyway. Even weirder when you consider that 2 of the 3 worst teams did not pick in the top 3. Definitely makes for an interesting early part of the draft:
Nobody knows who is the true stud or studs of the draft, everyone probably has their boards a bit different, and slots 1 and 3 are controlled by competitive, non-tanking teams and 5 already got wemby last year....so a lot of weird ---- could be happening. Very interesting.

As far as Dillingham being 6-2 1/2, he probably loses 1/2 inch from what I expected at 6-3. Not a huge deal IMO although depending how Topic measures out and doing a deeper dive into Topic, I could see them flip flop on my board.
If Holland goes #1, who would you take at #2?

I take Sarr and I'm happy he doesn't have the pressure of being #1.

I think Kuz being dealt on draft night is firmly in play. I would have considered #2 to the Spurs for 4 and 8, but I'd like to walk away from this draft with Clingan and Holland.
If I'm the Spurs, I'd take Topic at 4 and Sheppard at 8 and call it a day. Those two would be great with Wemby. Not so great with us though.

Recalling Hands11 I’m gonna say that I called it, Topic is arriving off a knee injury, Do Not Draft….don’t think he is #1 on our board after Sarr any way…

The Topic injury depends on whether it's a knee or an ankle. If it's a knee, he's going to fall in the draft.

If that’s a torn ACL, I have to trade down now.
Have to hope for meniscus/sprain.

I wouldn't take two guards with questionable D if I were the Spurs. I'd take one of those guys (or Dillingham) plus Castle or Buzelis. The Spurs need some wing defenders.
