23 mil minimum. Leon better lock that contract in before Brooklyn upends the center market by giving Nic Claxton a boatload of money.

We can only give him around 16. Early Bird.

Knicks won every quarter by margins of 6 9 6 9 ....double nice.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right

Built by a father who was an NBA player -who was around many greats and didnt have the information to maximize his potential
in the nba. He shared with Brunson everything he knew. Credit to Brunson for soaking up everything like a sponge and putting
in the work- no matter how many times he was doubted.

As Knick fans -we are so lucky to have this story!!!!!

I'm very skeptical that there is another team that is going to offer him significantly more than what we will. The general NBA doesn't value the C position like we do.

Even if we lose the series he would likely end up 2nd to Ewing and if we make the conference finals he will pass him easily in way fewer games

Might be time to seriously start asking if he’s the best player in Knicks history

to be fair- it would be the best year in knick history...Big Body Bronson will have to show the consistency first...
With that said, I know he will show it!

4/73 is all we can give him from what I have heard. He said he wants to stay. We will find out if he's about the Knicks or the money soon enough. I really want to run back exactly what we have. I wouldn't mind this version of Burks either!! :o This team is a pack of dogs!!!

He's in his prime and will take whoever can give him the most money. Maybe he doesn't take 4/80 over 4/73. But if it's something closer to 4/100, we can kiss him goodbye.

When the refs correctly called the goaltend, iHart had gotten the rebound and putback so they essentially stole the offensive rebound from him and therefore the Knicks playoff game offensive rebound record...even when they get it right they did 'em wrong.

True. But iHart has shown that he isn't yer typical C. He's actually a difference maker.

I learned that about this team in December....I started watching Knick games again thinking to myself- "oh here we go-they're going to
lose this game -I dont have time for this nonsense" then I would look at the box score and they would be tied or up in the 4th
I went through this for about 5 games until I realized -wait a minute -these Knicks are not the Knicks I'm use too

With OG this series would have likely ended in Indy and out guys would be resting up for Boston right now. How lucky Boston has been getting with the Cavaliers losing Mitchell. Thought it could have gone 6 games. With the entire eastern conference playoff teams losing major talent due to injuries and what not, it seems the basketball gods are looking favorably on Boston this season.

honestly the cavs are trash even with Donovon. The dont defend. Donovon could put up 60 and they would still lose. You cant beat
that Boston team if you cant defend. Regardless, I agree that theyve been lucky for the most part...

Brunson will have to show the consistency first?

I guess 4 straight 40 point games in the playoffs and 5 games of over 40ppg average in these playoffs isn't consistent enough for some people. Averaging 32ppg for the entire playoffs this year is pretty consistent but I guess my idea of consistent is easy to satisfy.

If you mean consistent enough from year to year then I'd suggest go looking at his last 3 playoff appearances, two with the Knicks and the last with Dallas and tell me if that is inconsistent.

He doesn't need to be historic every year but he's been consistently an impact playoff performer.

I don't mean to make it seem like you said anything really that wrong but I did kind of think it.

As a Knick...He's going to be the greatest Knick IMO when its all said and done but its too early to official crown him Stu...

Today ChaHell is in Washington square playing the Mayan flute like Andre3000, except he's dressed like a 1920s train conductor. He's made a song out Burks statline in binary code and between notes he says one phrase "TS". Nobody knows what it means but people think it's beautiful and applaud his work. A single tear rolls down his cheek, he finishes his set and leaves the park with a smile while riding his unicycle and says "MJ" to those who try and get his name.
