not the biggest brunson fan but i think he may have another level to unlock as we've seen how well he played without luka. our PG drought may finally be over. hopefully he can make things easier for RJ and Randle as well.

I think my main agenda with Brunson was pointing out during the excruciating Summer of Donovan Mitchell that since we'd already signed Brunson who had OUTPLAYED Mitchell in the playoffs why not just roll with Brunson and see how he does instead of shipping out our team and picks to get a fairly redundant player in DM.

I feel pretty good about that take, especially because the players we did not trade got us OG and Precious instead which was much better.

But I had no idea Brunson was the dude. Nobody did.

We're so lucky that for once the melo curse decided to stay away from Brunson. After all it has done to half the NBA/Knicks we are so lucky he was spared.
