OT: Golfer Scottie Scheffler arrested

Only the people actually there know what happened but these sorts of situations happen often where the traffic cop signals get misinterpreted as something else and the police officer rages at the driver for disobeying the orders because of this miscommunication.

I remember getting yelled at by a cop directing traffic telling me to turn left while I was in the outside lane of a double left hand turn lane while he was standing in the middle of the lane per the lane markers in the intersection. I encroached on the lane to the left, but wanted to yell back at him to get out of the lane, but thought better of it.

Even if Scheffler had been egregiously in the wrong with his driving, attaching yourself to a moving vehicle and then pulling the driver out of the car, isn't really de-escalating the situation imho.

Pretty sure if Scottie Scheffler disappeared tomorrow the PGA and the sport of golf would continue on just fine as if nothing happened.
