Tuned in for a little last night. After not following the WNBA for a while, pretty surprised to see Bonner and Taurasi still playing and being pretty effective.

There definitely needs to be expansion to at least 16 imo to give some of the younger players a chance to shine besides the elite (Wilson, Stewart, Lloyd, Collier, etc.).

Very early impressions based on watching a few games:

Teams I will enjoy watching - Sky, Wings, Liberty
Teams I won't enjoy - Aces, Mercury (maybe better when Griner gets back), Mystics
What the heck is that supposed to be? - Fever

We're getting 24 new roster spots over the next two years. All in due time.

Ok so I just watched the Mystics-Suns 4th quarter - very entertaining, much more so than the average NBA game. I thought the Mystics just spammed 3s based on what they did at the end of the Liberty game but there is much more to them, Does Dolson ever post up?

OK watching their game right. Very sweet Sonics unis, but their halfcourt offense seems like it's a whole a lot pick and rolls, just like an NBA team

I was so upset when the Liberty let her walk in free agency. She's so good, beautiful touch from deep.

She really doesn't post up a lot from what I recall. Maybe in her younger days but I'm not sure.

And honestly? I find WNBA games to be more entertaining. It's pure team hoops and skill.

I haven't had a chance to see them play yet. Looks like Nneka got injured last night. It'll take time for the Storm to gel as they have a lot of new pieces, plus Nika Muhl is having issues getting her work visa which sucks.

And yeah I love the Sonics style unis. I'm just glad Jewel Loyd got some much needed help

Watching the Liberty v Fever on ABC right now. Liberty play good basketball and Ionscu/Stewart are fun to watch. Caitlyn Clark getting buckets, but she is working extremely hard to get her shots is feels. She's getting hounded by a bigger body.

This is her best performance as a pro, she did good.

I thought they had no chance down 12 going into the 4th. Was at a friend's gig checking the score and was very pleasantly surprised when I saw that they dominated the final quarter. I suspect that T-Spoon is a great coach.

I expect any team coached by T-Spoon to take after her: tough as nails, aggressive, and doesn't quit
