We have to play game 6 style:
On offense - no hero ball from Ant, Towns mix in low post, finding Gobert, contributions from someone besides the big 3 (Naz, NAW, Conley or JMcD), KA in very limited minutes ( like 0)

On defense - give Jokic different looks, late double on him so he can't use the slow dribble hook shot, Quick rotation to the open man (we did that much better in game 6 but still a couple mix up moments).

We have to have less turnovers than DEN. DEN is going to play better. We need to be confident and win a game with score like 110 to 106.

I don’t think that’s going to matter as much tomorrow. It’s going to come down to which roll players make shots. If Gordon, Holiday, KCP, Braun knock down shots and Jaden, Naz, NAW don’t, we’re dead in the water. I think both teams are going to clamp down hard on the stars: Jokic, Ant, KAT, Murray. The only way to loosen that up is for those other guys to make shots.

So I'm sure Den is going to try and run more 4/5 PnR with AG/Jokic to get Rudy on Jokic. What about the wolves running the 4/5 PnR to get Kat on Jokic?

Make Joker work on defense and get him in foul trouble. Do we feel comfortable with Kat against Joker? This could open up the 4/5 lob to Rudy or shooters if the wings dig down.

I also think our wings should set some back screens for our bigs as well not only to help free them up but also to create confusion for Den defense. Give them different looks and make them work.

Whatever happens in June will be interesting, but the real NBA championship game is on May 19th, 2024. We will either avenge KG and 04 Wolves, or break the hearts of the least rewarded fandom in the U.S.

To be honest, I think most NBA fans recognize this as the Western Conference Finals. A pity it just so happened in the second round.

Drop “western conference” and we are on the same page.

Or replace “Western Conference” with “NBA” finals and you are also in good shape.

For image alone, I don’t know how the NBA chooses Scott Foster to ref such an important game.
