Wolves for me, no hesitation...

As much as I fear the Wolves defense, I kinda have to agree...

I don't see us beating Nuggets in a game of 7 in all honesty.

Amazing that Mavs get hosed by the refs the entire game then SGA stupidly leaps in the air and hits PJ's elbow and that's all people are talking about like the refs screwed OKC such a joke.

But anyway Wednesday Game 1 either in Denver or Minnesota.

Some was saying Kidd intentionally adapted that QUIETLY/SILENTLY watching style on the sideline so that his calmness will have some impact to players when they are in panic mode.

There's always something to complain about but he's been
- generally good with his rotations and not **** up lineups as he did all year
- generally good with TOs
- generally good with challenges
- very good with defensive schemes and mentality

It was horrible officiating if the Mavs were the road team, and the game was a home game, good thing Mavs won, if they lost I wouldn't have been able to control my bitching and whining on the GB...

I'll go Nuggets. They lack consistency and we match up better with them. Naz Reid open 3s would give me insomnia over a playoff series.

Tony Brothers was clearly in a lot pain announcing that final foul on Washington, he was almost saying "what the hell have you done SGA!?"

This is also true. I think AE will turn to be 2006 Wade against us in a 7 game series. On the other hand, Murray sometimes will shut down himself for no reason.

Shai admits he fouled PJ. Yet there's nothing but b*tching about it in the general board thread.

Kidd defensive scheme suffocated the best offense in the west, it was a masterclass, OKC couldn't get anything going, and had to resort to SGA heroics, this was, bar none, the best coaching adjustments by anyone this season, but man the no TO 18 points 4 minutes turn around today was a disaster...

Didn't realise anyone was bitching? That was about as clear as fouls come.

Nail on the head. Murray is vulnerable. Stop him and Luka, Kyrie can go 2 v 1 against Jokic to carry the series.

Keeping Sean Sweeney again this offseason will be a storyline to watch.

On the general board mostly The Corey's has made like 20 posts crying about it, and he's not even an OKC fan.

We should be pretty optimistic about next series, whoever we play. D is great, fat Luka has become efficient again and I don't believe anyone will defend Kyrie as good as OKC did.

I prefer Denver guys.
Jamal Murray is inconsistent and we are long on defense.
MPJ will hit 3s no matter what.
Pope is containable
Aaron Gordon is iffy
Jokic- not much to say, I trust our centers.

Denver cannot guard Luka and Kyrie and PJ and DJJ. Will be hard
They don’t have depth.

Wolves
Excellent defense and I know they can give us fits. Gobert in the paint and if we aren’t hitting 3s that’s another issue.
Ant I believe is containable with how PJ and DJJ was guard shai
KAT if he shows up can be a major problem without Kleber

I have more faith playing Denver

Ok, I saw that now - there's a single moron being dumb. That's about as clear a foul as fouls come. It would've been debatable if he had released the ball but as it is this is really not a debatable call.
The time this anti-Mavs took to review it should tell you everything. If they conclude it's a foul within less time than it takes ESPN to get their ref expert involved it's damn clear.

Lively has a +71 in this series, Gafford -58, a tough match up for him against Chet.

There were others, but he's the only one that made 20 posts about it must have lost a bet.

Nuggets. They don’t have the perimeter defense the thunder had. Kyrie and Luka should be able to put up much better numbers in that series. However, jokic on lively is going to be rough. Won’t be surprised if a story of the series is lively in foul trouble.
