shame shame shame.

clearly some of you are related to Joe..

I'm sensing a double standard here.

You keep defending Daignault when he clearly made crucial mistakes in this series.

If that's the standard then we can also say you're related to Daignault.

What you are sensing is that I respect good coaches and cannot stand bad ones.. Coach D has done far more with far less.

Coach Joe is still clueless.. But he has the best roster in the nba.. Maybe by far..

Joe better not blow it..
2 things need to go.. my lack of spell check and Joe..

Yeah, I don't disagree with you about Daigneault doing more with less.

But you have to be fair.

Daigneault made crucial mistakes in this series and you're not holding him accountable.

Let me know a coach that has never made any mistakes.

Even the coach's challenge was less on him and more on the assistant coaches.. Since the head coach never really even sees the replay..

Perhaps his mistake was not Benching giddy earlier in the series..

True.

That's why it's puzzling why even on Celtic wins you criticize Joe.

Coaches make mistakes all the time.

But from your comments, you're not giving Joe a fair shake.

That's BS from Bernardoni.

7 years after Pierce and KG left, Celtics were already in the ECF in 2020.

This tweet is super-recent. Is the clip as recent as the tweet?

I think that was last season after Heat beat them in the 1st round as the 8th seed.

Yep, it was. They then fired Bud right after his brother died, got rid of Jrue and Allen and fired a second coach, all to keep Giannis happy about their steps to success after their non-failed year.

Team A is playing a game 6 down 3-2 in the series
Team A is up 2 points with seconds left on the clock
Team A fouls a three point shooter with 3.0 seconds left
Team A challenges an obvious foul call
Team A is down 1 after the other team shoots the free throw
Team A still has a timeout left
Team A can and does advance the ball
Team A has time to shoot a decent three point attempt and a putback
Team A wins

Team B is playing a game 6 down 3-2 in the series
Team B is up 1 point with seconds left on the clock
Team B fouls a three point shooter with 2.5 seconds left
Team B challenges an obvious foul call
Team B is down 1 after the other team shoots the free throw
Team B doesn't have any timeouts left
Team B can't advance the ball
Team B throws up a shot from the backcourt that has no chance of going in
Team B loses

Team A is coached by Joe Mazzulla. Team B is coached by the COY. I guess keeping some timeouts for the end of game can be useful. Who knew ?

Team B lost because they didn't have Marcus Smart.

Doesn't matter if he touched the ball first. You can't do this with the ball still in the shooter's hand lol. That's clearly a foul. SGA copped to it too, post-game. COY really shouldn't have challenged that.

If Joe was the one who challenged that and the Cs got eliminated, it's automatic, "Joe's an idiot!"

But because CoY made that challenge, "The assistants should have known better."

CoY wasn't looking at the bigger picture.

He simply panicked.

What happens if he didn't win the challenge and Mavs take the lead after FTs?

There was 2.5 seconds left and a timeout could have advanced the ball and OKC would have the last shot to tie or win.

No worries he’s a total dead bear who hasn’t made a good call about the team in almost ten years. Keeps showing up here for some reason though.

Non-Celtic fans: “it’s a failure if the Celtics don’t win the chip this year, they’re so stacked”

Also non-Celtic fans:
Sleep wrote:Whoever wins game seven between the Nuggets and the Wolves is winning it all. They're both significantly better than any other team left.

The chat around us by fans of other teams is ridiculous. If we win it’s “hey look at how stacked they are & how easy their path was compared to the finalist in the West who had to go through a gauntlet to get there & were exhausted come the Finals” yet most people are going to pick against us & say we haven’t been battle tested like the team that comes out of the West.

The General Board is going to have to suspend me after all the **** I talk after win the title this year !

Return to Boston Celtics
