Only 3.5 games out of a wild card spot!

Need a sweep here. Baltimore and the Yankees are running away with the division. The Sox are awful.

The next 12 games are Sox, Tigers, Sox, Pirates -- need to win at least 8 games, if they want to show they are capable of something.

Turner sucks! Another brilliant signing by Atkins.

Turner legit aging before our eyes. Even at his worst I don't think Chapman went 0 for 26 and counting last season. Man, what's with these one month wonders?? Guy looked like a God in April, hitting over 350 at one point. If he keeps it up he's gonna fall below 200 at this rate.

Go figure. Putting the top 2 offensive players on your team 1 and 2 in the batting order and good things happen.

Looks like the analytics staff are off for Victoria Day.

It's befuddling unless he's a streaky hitter in his career. Could be a nagging injury in which case, call up Horwitz and let him recover.

This is too much of a drop to be due to a month's worth of aging alone.

Turner and Springer need to be batting 8 and 9.

Cabrera is such a frustrating reliever to watch. Gets ahead only to give up a BB.

Schneider better not tweak with this lineup tomorrow.

I am at the game. Glad to see the performances we did today hitting wise. Hopefully this organization does not keep juggling the batting lineups, and keeps the lineup as it was today going forward for the next several games at a minimum (Jansen hitting Second, Springer at 6, Varsho at 7).

Varsho was hitting much better last month when he was in the bottom of the order, and he got moved to Second in the lineup, where he was terrible. Leave him where he is now. Sometimes players want predictability, and this constant juggling does nobody any good.

Too bad Jansen is a free agent at the end of the year, and the organization did not extend him in the Spring of 2023 when his agent was inquiring about a possible extension.

Will get a nice prospect in a few months for Jansen. Just somehow stay healthy.

Nah. The Jays will sign him in the off-season. They have to. We traded our only other catcher if you remember at all. I sure don't want to go into next season with Kirk being our number one catcher.

Let’s see how long Jansen stays healthy.
