Obviously none of this matters if Mitchell extends and they seem to think there’s a solid chance he does but several also believe the opposite.

Herro and his long term deal might be desirable to them. It’s hard for them to retain marketable players. And yeah i do agree that Herro and Garland fit as a backcourt with Strus mixing in with Herro like he did here. Heck they might have the old heat tres leches in Robinson, Strus, and Herro reunited

We will be dancing around trying to stay under the most punitive 2nd apron so highly doubtful we use them. We do have a 9.4 Oladipo and Strus 7.2 that expire on July 7th if Arison is feeling Warriors owner froggy.

Apron trade rules demand that we stay within 500k. Robinson and Levert will need to be included. I also don’t see a big market for Rozier and we will need his scoring off the bench. I also don’t understand why Jovic goes on the block cause he’s a much needed cheap contract and starter.

NO is supposedly keen on not playing a traditional center next to Zion so Allen wouldn’t fit the bill there if that’s indeed the case.

Dean Wade would actually be a huge pickup for frontcourt depth. Hes a stretch big (39% from 3 on 4 attempts) with some size 6’9 230 with a 6’10 wingspan (pretty much Al Horford) who is a very solid defender. Low usage and box score statistic but high impact player with a +8.5 net rating his absence was a huge part of the Cavs regular season downfall along with Mitchell. 12-16 without him this year, 36-18 with him. Hes a guy you can start or bring off the bench at 22-26 MPG with no issues. At 2 years $7M per left on his deal we need to try and get him out of this, if anything even comes from these talks
