Votes are already in, given our record without Embiid i doubt h makes it.

After yesterday and given that, hopefully, we're gonna have a less dependant embiid roster next year. Voters are gonna probably consider him more next season.

Selfishly, i also hope he gets it next season and not now because that increases his max lol

What a game last night, historic performance and clutch shots.

I always sayed he was Tony Parker 2.0, 2020's version. Which was already a great player and underrated player.

But he seems to continues to grow and exceed excpectations, now he seems to have more a Dame Lillard like type of ceiling.

This kid is the real deal, no fear at all, always positive, lighting quick and can shoot from anywhere. He has a solid game and the mental profile to carry a team in the Playoffs (unlike Biid who should be our #2 option offensively from now unless he has a clear mismatch).

He went from being a well regarded pretender to a star. We’ve all had the pleasure of seeing the young phenom develop, but now that he’s had a taste of what he’s capable of, coming at such a big moment, one can only imagine of what that newly earned confidence might fuel.

Looking at the way opposing defenses are sometimes able to take him out of the offense, I think Maxey should counter by improving/increasing his off-ball movement to weaponize his speed more.

Can you imagine Maxey with even 50% of Steph's off-ball gravity?

I know it was a foregone conclusion, but congrats to Tyrese on his new contract!

I think Maxey's playmaking has always been looked at as being below average for a lead guard, but I wondering if some of that had to do with Tobias being an indecisive ball stopper. I'm excited to see what this year has in store for Maxey. I wouldn't be surprised if there is one last major leap for him before he becomes who he is as a player.

He's 23 he has about 4 years to be 95% of the players he is. I'd say he's at about 75 or 80% of his best self at this point.

Yeah his assists should go up because now he's passing to quick-trigger PG who never turned down a 3PT shot, unlike Assassin who turned them down constantly torpedoing the offense.

I expect 7-8 apg this season from Maxey. Add in 5-6 from Jo and 5 from PG and we won't have issues re: playmaking.

Playmaking is a skill, not a stat. Tyrese needs to get better at it independent of how many assists he's awarded. Jo too.

He's on a Dame-like trajectory and keeps improving. I have no doubt he'll become a better playmaker.
