Maybe.

But LaMelo has a history of being a terrible/dumb driver. Especially when he's leaving the arena. So he shouldn't be cut slack for running over somebody's foot. He should pay attention for once.

I'll play the other side and say parents shouldn't let kids get in front or in the way of people trying to drive off.

Also is it normal to sue someone 7 plus months after it occurred?

I think I've been pretty damn critical of Melo for a little while now

But this sounds like some money chasing BS.

The gas peddle is obviously to blame for his horrible ankle.

I thought it happened recently and was very disappointed. Happened last October. I completely agree with you.

I'm not shocked at all. Me and my bud joke about getting hit by Lamelo everytime we go Spectrum. Felt like only a matter of time.
Your Charlotte Hornets! We’ll eventually get something right;right?

In other words he needs to grow up and be an adult.

Dude out here living the life of a rockstar. He just tatted his body in black and red. He seems to lack maturity. That's going to look so dumb 20 years from now.

Until you see LaMelo drive out the arena. Dude was driving a Rolls Royce like a Hellcat. He doesn't care about his surroundings.

I have quite a few tattoos and I don't in anyway shape or form think that is a lack of maturity. JJ Redick has like 14 of them and he's regarded and the second coming of Jesus

Tattoos are fine, but all that color makes it stand out. If he would have just left it black it would be more easy on the eyes. The red just makes it more noticeable.

Black red and teal Melo gonna look legit on 2k with all those colors.

I'm not hating.

My criticism is never about his game. He's a fantastic talent/player. My issues has always been about his maturity and health.

Is that not fair?

this situation is literally why he runs that light every time

Image

he stops there and a bunch of dumbass kids surround his car and make it where he can't get out

this situation is a big nothingburger

the team needs to get players a safer way out of the arena. theyre not built to handle an actual star

Criticizing him because you didn't like his tattoos is kind of dumb IMO

That's very fair. But damn near saying he's immature because his tattoos aren't black and white is **** wild. Lol.

Good thing you don't read social media comments. People have flamed him for those tattoos. I'm fine with tattoos but the color just brings more attention. He should have left the red out imo.

But back to the bigger picture my criticism has always been about his maturity and health. I think that's fair criticism for our franchise supermax player. He's got to improve those things. We paid him to be the face of an NBA franchise. Maturity and getting healthy is all I ask.

Melo the player is fantastic. Love the player "when he plays".

I get your point and yes that is WILD.

But in general my criticism has been mostly about his maturity and health.

He's 22 I get he wants to live his life to the fullest, but at some point you have to grow up. He's the face of the franchise. You can't be out here driving reckless. There are numerous videos of him leaving the arena driving like a mad man. Cmon Melo do better my guy.
