I'm feeling good if I'm Dallas and not just because of the win, 18 3s from Minnesota won't happen every game. They could barely score 2s all game they only scored 20 2's which is 2 more 3's. That's not something you really want to see because it's hard to do that over and over.

Dallas proved they’re just as big and physical. They won with an awful 3 point shooting night. Green was awful tonight and THJ was a nothing. Hardy is ready for THJ’s role next year.

Can't wait to hear the Minnesota balloons to pop.... McDaniels says he's the best defender in the NBA and Edwards is close behind. I think Luka will have McDaniels in constant foul trouble as he can go through McDaniels when ever he wants. Kyrie will have a lot better series against Minn than OKC. OKC was a small team compared to Minn. and doubled with smaller faster guys than the longer Minn team can.
DLive and Gaff will keep Gobert from cheating on defense if Rudy tries to dbl on Luka and Kyrie drives. Gobert hasn't had to guard any dunkers yet ,now he'll see 2 Centers looking for highlite dunks ALL GAME.
I think Dallas can shock tonight ..

My take before the game ....spot on

I've been on the trade Green train for the past two years...but everybody keeps on saying he's Young, athletic ,a good defender...I'll give you that he's a good athlete, improved his corner 3's but his D is overrated, he's too small for a SF, poor ballhandler and has low BB IQ

No need to watch this game because Kidd never wins game 1, period.

Great win but this board wants to turn lemonade into lemons.

To think Mavs could have had Bane,Maxey or McDaniels, yet they choose Green

I've been saying it for years and there are 2 posters (I thankfully blocked) who keep crying when i do and keep defending him.

I'm just going to change the channel whenever Green is in. Can't stand watching him. Even Grant Williams is better

You confuse my neutrality on green and making fun of you for your irrationality as “defending him”.

According to basketball 'genius' Austin Rivers, the non-defensive team just got lucky on the road and won game 1.

Sure.

Good game 1 win. We were the better team in every category except 1.

Green is a good athlete for YMCA standard, nba standard? Not so much.

Who is a true good athlete then? Look at DJJ as a perfect example.

In RS, I have been saying DJJ >>>> Green, and some folks here were like NAH.

Key flop though to steal the offensive board from Conely.

VERY good win. Kyrie was very aggressive, Luka started to figure things out in the 2nd half and had a hot stretch. The bigs did very well today, including outrebounding the Wolves. I can't say enough good things about Lively. This young man has grown up in the playoffs and has been an absolute force out there.

Minnesota Boston Indiana all have much better benches than we do. Although we do have Lively and they don't.

I voted Wolves in 6 in GB.

I am confident Mavs will collapse as usual because they are just who they are (a bunch of losers and chokers), and Wolves are as strong as the 1996 Bulls.

In fact, Wolves already won the championship this year on my mind.

Damn I knew it was bad but I didn't know it was 1-12 since the championship.
