MIN starts with picks 27 + 37 and ends with 32 + 34. While this could happen, (since I feel trades in this area are often made because a GM likes a specific player), technically you lose value if you drop your better pick 5 slots to raise your worse pick 3.
I always look forward to your mock off-season because it really gets me thinking about the summer. For the Wolves, they have Tim Connelly who has a background in scouting and a history of finding talent in the second round. Since they are going to become very expensive next year, and unlikely to break up the team (ownership pending) after a rare, remarkable season, I wondered if they have the roster spots to just do your first trade, turn their #27 into two seconds, and draft three second rounders, looking for future cheap contributors. I suspect they go for a 14 man roster to save lux taxes. Their top seven rotation is locked in, they have three more young players under contract (Leonard Miller, Josh Minnot, Wendell Moore Jr), and have decisions on Kyle Anderson (likely too expensive), Monte Morris (can they get him on a short, cheap deal after a lost season?), Jordan MacLaughlin (stays, for cheap deal?), Luka Garza (likely gone, could be 14th man), and Jaylen Clark (likely gone, maybe Hinkie Special). To me, I think they have the room to add three second rounders, stick them in Iowa, and see if they become anything. I like your first trade.
