So she can take shots but they can't?

She's responding to things involving her husband.

Shot directed towards her just come off as petty.

Just to recap:

Thunder receive:

Gordon Hayward
Robin Hayward

Hornets receive:

Vasilije Micic
Tre Mann
Davis Bertans
2024 second-round draft pick (via Houston)
2025 second-round draft pick (via Philadelphia)
Cash considerations

Wow. I mean Mann alone...

I can't believe we dumped Robyn without having to include a first rounder.

Kupchak’s final act was cooking Presti in a trade, lol.

Not surprising at all. I called it back when he still played with us that he’s probably just going to retire. Dude just couldn’t ever stay healthy

I remember the acquisition of Hayward; it was clearly a bit of a gamble, given his savage injury, but always thought his best game was a good complement to the Hornets. Sadly he always had some problem that kept getting in the way. Wish he and his family the best in their future.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Is he the worst value for contract Hornet in franchise history?

Still think it's Batum.

At least when he played. Gordon was solid.

He was absolutely cooked at the beginning of this past season. I noticed he couldn't move or jump at all and got torched on defense yet we had to play him because we had nobody else. We tricked OKC, and then they realized it too. Just too much young talent in the leauge now, even a far superior player like Gary Trent Jr. only got a minimum contract this offseason. It's why the NBA feels they can comfortably add 2 teams/30 players and not have a competition issue

Damn we didn’t even get a special shout out for the 4 year pension fund he stole from us.

Even in his thank you it is obvious he no longer had much interest in playing and wanted to spend more time with the kids, playstation and chess board.

Read page 1 of this thread again for a laugh. Most of us called it at the time he'd be a catastrophic signing. That, Miles Bridges and the 2021 draft are the reasons we've been so bad the last few years.

Presti got conned on this trade up front in value but it did allow the team to offer Hartenstein the contract he signed with OKC this summer - so in a way, let's call it a draw ? Hawyard was so poor for OKC, I was not a fan of the move and he didn't help the Thunder at all on the court. Hope Micic and Mann do well for you guys this year though because both seemed decent if put in the right role.
Cheers

I actually loved the signing at the beginning. Dude just couldn't stay healthy.

I seem to be wrong a lot as well. Such is life.

Nic Batum is the Galactus of Hornets bad contracts. Gordon is a lot Lower on the totem pole… like movie era Kang the conqueror reputation bad.

top 10 worst contracts in hornets history? not taking into account anything we got back in trades for these bad deals

batum
lance - you know it's bad when you basically get traded for scraps two months into your big new deal.
tyrus - gave up a 1st in the trade to get him in last year of his rookie deal, then signed him in offseason to big deal. total disaster.
gordon
miles - for off court reasons, obviously
phills - tragic. but his salary stayed on our books even after he was killed in the wreck. that's messed up.
lj - hear me out, 12 years/84 mil, was unheard of at the time. sparked a crazy few years in contracts across the league. he got hurt in the 2nd year of deal. the contract spooked shinn so much he balked at giving zo the contract he deserved. shame.
mkg - extension in 2016
higgins - any amount of money was too much for this nepo signing

ok, that's 9. who am i missing?

Ben Gordon? Didn't sign him technically but he was still on a bigger contract (for the time) and all he did was chuck a ball at Dunlap.

I can't remember the terms of the trade, but didn't we trade for Biyombo and his 4 year 72 million dollar deal?

I thought Chicago basically gave Charlotte a 1st round pick to take Ben Gordon's contract.

That was the Pistons.

The pick? Noah Vonleh.
