Already answered this, you can't compare the 2, Luka leans much less on this one, KAT moves from inside the 3pt to outside the 3pt line, it's a defensive foul, and it isn't really rare, I don't know what you're talking about...

Luka beat Wiggins too in the video. You’re arguing stuff that are absolutely irrelevant in this case. Towns didn’t land on Luka’s feet that he didn’t leave any room. The offensive player is not entitled for any room when they’re on the floor. How would the defense guard anyone then? Clearly the offensive player initiated the contact as he was leaning into him, wasn’t his natural shooting motion. Or a natural shooting motion overall.
