I think the context is missing in the last part of the translation. "and in the arena with yours" means that he plans to play for the Latvia men's national team in the Olympic qualifying tournament, which will take place at Arena Riga in Latvia. Also, I wouldn't translate "just līdzi" as "sympathize". A more appropriate translation (although perhaps not the best) would be "cheer on".

Man, I'm really rooting for Jaylen to win the FMVP with we do win the chip this year... As much as I love Tatum, I feel Jaylen has been the better player this playoffs.
