I mean, outside of some cheap marketing ploy, what would that accomplish?

Man I didn't put too much thought into it. Just thought it would be something interesting and different for a pretty terrible franchise to do. Change things up a bit kinda thing.

To be fair, 1 week ago, that offer would have seemed fine.

So many GMs are no doubt unhappy with Detroit and Monty.

Kind of Crazy Giannis was a ~Top 20 player at age 27 and has probably goes backwards in the all-time ranking by 2 spots despite 2 additional all-NBA first team appearance if Luka gets a ring here.

Luka isn't close to Giannis, now or all-time.

As much as I don't care much for Kyrie or Kidd, my distain for Boston is too entrenched, even with good guy Jrue there. **** Boston, Mavs in 6!

Giannis very much out of sight, out of mind atm but Luka is coming. Giannis needs to stay healthy and elevate his game in the playoffs.

Minny kinda like the Bucks pre-Dame. Really strong defensive team that looks shaky af on offence. Still kinda surprised seeing this that they got past Denver.

That KAT play where he got the momentum shifting steal at halfcourt then jacked an unset 3, & it had no business reaching the rim... That pissed me off.

Would've been worse as a lifetime T'Wolves fan. Had many of those moments with Bud, Jrue & Giannis vs the Cs two years ago though. So I really know that feeling.

Joe Mazzulla vs Jason Kidd on the NBA Finals stage.

Maybe we'll be ok with Doc Rivers after all.

Hell yeah Michael Finley.

Minnesota gets knocked out of the WCF at home, then a Wisconsin guy presents the trophy to Dallas....lol.

"Bring Ya Ass" joins the Minneapolis Miracle as high points in Minnesota Sports that were followed by complete embarrassments the following week.
