Great win!!!

Do we still remember fans meltdown in this board after game 4 in OKC series? Just 7 games later Mavs are in the Finals and fat/bad conditioned/lazy Luka is playing the best basketball of his career.

It's a big disaster guys, you are all happy right now.
Yes. Well.

But you don't know what will happen soon... The man called Kristaps Porzingis will win the trophy against us. Are you still happy? Sure? Kristaps Porzingis!!!
I know that you are not preparated for that.
And it's hurt. A lot.Trust me.

No way Mavs can beat the unplayable Celtic.
No **** way.

P.S.
My bet is safe, i put all my money on Boston... That's an easy win. Don't worry guys.

Thank you Luka & the rest of the crew. What a bunch of guys... absolutely unreal how everyone was just so locked in.

Think back to early March or whenever it was... where they lost a bunch of terrible games... getting punked by other teams. Now it's radically different.

I liked how the game was basically... Luka crushing it... or Kyrie doing Kyrie things or... playing fast, pushing the ball and this:

Spoiler:

Can someone translate what Luka is saying here in Slovenian?

It's amazing how Kyrie does this stuff.

Our beloved leader. RIP the guy that had his hands in the pockets the entire game.

The Wolves really really failed to live up to their fans expectations.

Luka was much better obviously... but still... the way he exploited their defense was kind of crazy. Also managed to generate fouls that he couldn't in the earlier rounds.

Spoiler:

Very strange series in some ways. Feels like the Mavs were comfortably superior (and 4-1 shows it), but the scores of the games were quite close with the Wolves having the lead. Somehow it just feels like the Mavs are confident and cocky enough to not overreact and know that they just want to have game close to win in the fourth quarter. Thank god Luka wanted none of that bs in this game and just decided to take their soul early.

He said "I know it's raining right now but we have a beautiful country with nice weather and mountain views, so come visit sometimes".

What a nice guy. :o

No joke, huge credit to Kidd. WTF happened to him in the playoffs? Totally different coach with actual amazing adjustments and great TO's.

Tough, I think he has a strong regional accent that I'm struggling with.

Luka is a beast, we're so lucky to have him. Just the ultimate competitor. A super hostile TD Garden might be right to his taste - you don't **** with Luka, you don't trash talk him, it just gets you eaten alive.

Thanks! Pumped for the finals.

Who gets their revenge? Kyrie or KP?

Man, BOS a terrible matchup, but you can't bet against this team, these guys are on a mission.

Mavs is also a terrible matchup for Boston as well if KP is sidelined. Mavs has muscles, length, playmaking and depth edge over Boston This is a classic series designing between big ball or small ball. If the Mavs shoots light out from long range, I like the Mavs chances. Coz it means less turnovers committed, hence less foul and more energy for defense. People believe Boston has an edge due to the belief that Luka and Kyrie can't play defense. And Boston would attack the rim and shoot like crazy after all. True, it could happen. The Mavs is less proven and less experienced team. Both sides understand the strength and weakness very well since Kyrie and KP have played for the opposite team. The Mavs supporting cast needs to elevate their game. And Luka and Kyrie have to be great on both ends. It's another tough series.

But I think it's the game plan and execution lead to the final results. It requires the master mind on and off the court to alter the results. The Mavs does have a chance. Each game can go either way. I think the Mavs is on path to preparing Lively, PJ, DJJ, Gafford, Hardy and Green for the series. I think Exum is in mix as well. It's too early to count the Mavs out. We'll have better idea after game 1.

Lively, get well soon. The Mavs need the best version of you. I am kinda impressed with the way Green diving on the ground for loose ball and leading the fast breaks. That passes to PJ and Gafford are awesome. Let learn how to fight through screen, shoot from long range and read the pump fakes. Look at how somebody with similar body frame and athleticism to do something similar to better results. You can be the best of yourself. The same could be true to everyone. Evaluate on last few series and fix some mistakes before the series, seize the moment.
