is this something the warriors would do? if so, i'd take it, especially if can also get a pick out of it.

otherwise, our best option towards finding that big body forward is via the draft as the options in FA aren't super compelling and most teams aren't gonna trade the decent 3+D forwards they do have.

and per usual on this site, people like to talk ball but don't actually watch it because wiggins was fine during the stretch run for the warriors this season.

not anything super amazing but hardly as bad as people are making him out to be.

and just for fun, here's brucie

I don't think they'd want Brown enough to take on an extra $1.7 million which make get closer to $10 million with taxes.

Ochai, Boucher and McDaniels (waive) for Moody, Wiggins, future 2nd round pick and cash

That's funny, I had exactly the same permutations of a trade on Fanspo! I am good with either!

70% fans said no to this proposal.

Now everyone knows that if Raptors can rejuvenate Wiggin's game then it is a no-brainer that Wiggins >> Olynyk + McDaniels. So that means most fans think Raptors will fail in rejuvenating Wiggin's game.

i don't think Warriors would include moses moody in that offer

A more sensible deal would be either:

Wiggins for Brown.
Warriors get cap relief and useful player.

Another one would be
Gary Payton 2 + Wiggins for Brown + Boucher

There are the realistic deals

for warriors, they maybe able to get jarrett allen for wiggins so there's that

Wiggins for Boucher, McDaniels and Agbaji.
I believe in Masai.

Yeah I see us keeping brown as well, and working him into a trade after we draft.

I’m not against getting Wiggins. Just trading olynyk. He’s a good vet on a cap friendly contract

Ya youd think the point would be to add to our veteran core — wiggins/kelly/jakub — thats a solid leadership group.

:noway: We have to beg him to play for Canada basketball, and he has a history of coasting unless he is in the conference finals or finals. I don't see him improving the raptors until we get there - and by that time, he'll probably be too old. I like the talent when its there, it just not there enough to trade away even our McDaniels. The search continues.

He’s a tradeable contract in a new cap era with solid playing skill and would fit in with what we are trying to do.

A tradable contract? 3 years and 100+ million left? His contract is Jordan Poole level bad...and he's widely considered a bad contract. GS would have to attach multiple young prospects/picks to move Wiggins' ass. That is not what I would consider tradable.

He averaged 13 ppg this past season!!!!! He left the team for long stretches of time twice over the last 2 seasons. GS couldn't even start him by mid-season!!! He's a bad contract and yes I would need Moses Moody PLUS draft pick compensation.

It’s 26,28,30. The last year is PO which he most likely opts out of. The risk is nowhere you make it to be. His ppg went down but so did his usage. He’s a good defensive player also. It would be great if we got moody plus picks. But moody is also coming up for a paycheck and the pick won’t be anything valuable
