. The injury history is what makes this even plausible before anyone hangs their hat on that. Simons is as good a shooter as there is in the NBA and I think he's got a lot more in his bag, not to mention 5+ apg. Consider that this is two trades in one and Cole's out of a job either way, so saving his salary matters. Moving Black hurts, but let's be real about his value vs hopeful projection.
