For freaking real! Don't tell us 830 if it isn't until 850.

Mavs defensive scheme reminds me of those bud ran with the bucks collapse the paint and leave some 3s. No Giannis or Brooke and we always seemed to cook them anyway.
I wanna see Tatum get to the basket early starting at the rim and moving out works best for him.
They have not a soul over there that can’t stay in front of Jaylen he should he be able to walk to the basket all night and he needs to be ready to kick the ball and start the rotations.

You looking at the single number one reason I hated our coach at that time.. it's like he had no understanding on how spacing can affect our star players.. and there was definitely good spacers on the roster..

People have literally just forgotten how good the Celtics are.

Cs RS winning % = 78%
Cs playoff winning % = 86%
Cs winning % needed in the Finals to win the title = 57%
LET'S **** GO

by halftime I'm expecting the narrative to be 'wE foRGoT tEh CeLTiCs R gOoD!'
then I'm expecting BOS to drop game 2 and win it in 5

Same as it ever was, lol. Hopefully we’ll see the same result as 08

The offense and spacing was the main thing, but Udoka's complete lack of defensive adjustments on Stephen Curry was simply awful.
redslastlaugh wrote:I think we lost that series because
1. Rob hurt his knee in March and still was +30 over the series on one leg.
2. JT just had such a bad shooting series from two point range.
3. Insane turnover games from Marcus and JB and JT.
4. We had major depth problems. Six roster spots went to Stauskus, Nesmith, Kornet, Hauser, Fitts, & Morgan. Who were not able to provide 1 competitive Finals minute between them. And our main bench pieces were PP, Theis, DWhite and Grant. 2024 DWhite is a way different better player than 2022 and Grant Williams averaged 4pts/2rebs in the series.
If Rob could been healthy and played 40 minutes a game, we’d have won the series even with all that. Rob was such a beast, even on one leg.
Ancient history now tho boys…Grahf wrote:playa-hater wrote:
