warriors would easily take D Lo for Wiggins and Looney
Those two players would actually really help Lakers with Depth in the SF and Center position
If that's It, rather stick with Dlo

Alright. Well if true.....then there you go. Even if it was half that, they are still way above 13m. $40 seems pretty damn steep for his talent level. But if true, there's no way he's turning that down

Only Kings would pay $25 million for aging vet for 3 years.

Didn’t we just give 100 mill for 2 years for one?

A no brainer huh... let's talk in 2 years and see how/if we can rebuild after 2 mediocre seasons at best.... at worst some last place finishes if the injury twins bump hands....

You forget we were trash after Kobe and before Bron joined.
Oh how playoffs and Bron has spoiled you.

But that's looking rear mirror. You gotta look forward. Am I glad we signed Lebron 6-7 years ago?...sure. But what do we do with him NOW? We can all agree Lebron isn't going to get better. And we all know nothing stays the same......so follow that to it's logical conclusion. Lebron and AD are both on the downhill. So do you wait until they're completely washed up, and then start from nothing? Or do you get out of it while there's still value. My issue isn't really so much with Lebron. My only issue with Lebron going downhill is that it negatively effects our chances of winning a title, and therefore renders our only real bargaining chip (AD) pointless.
The Lakers are standing there with this incredibly valuable asset in AD. But that asset isn't like gold; it's like fruit....you keep it too long, and it spoils, and becomes worthless. What the Lakers are doing right now is patently dumb....because there's no title that comes from keeping him. Just a possible slot at the 6th spot in the playoffs, or something (even that seems unreal as hell). So they're just gonna hold onto that fruit till it spoils, Pelinka's not being smart, or cautious...he's being a fool. Stagnation isn't caution.
Lebron can stay or go for all I care. He's gone in 2 years...and if he wanted to stick around for the beginning of a rebuild, then fine. I don't think we'd get a ton for him anyways. I'd rather we did move him....cause I do think we could get SOMETHING for him....but the real prize here, is AD.
But when you look, and see there's not alot of years left on that fruit......but he could be totally instrumental for a team like Miami, or OKC, or the Clippers, or Dallas, (a ton of other teams) getting over the hump, and winning a title or two....you have to realize that the time is now. The Lakers either need to figure out getting a 3rd star (legit star) with their picks...so that they can justify keeping this squad (and Im talking before the season starts)....or they need to sell that fruit before it spoils.
To hold onto him, and go into the season with this squad that has no chance of doing anything legit....but has all the chance of our super valuable asset getting hurt, and being worthless...is just derelict of duty on Pelinka's part.

Bron’s age is a concern but it’s a 2 year deal and Bron still was top tier. If Bron’s speed was his strength, I can see tge concern but Bron’s strength is his height and power. It will age better. Bron also shot well after tweaking his shot.
Not sure why Lakers fans are worried.
