Every play the Celtics are looking to pass for the 3. Mavs won't win letting them take those since they're basically a two man team. This matchup is bad for them and they're letting Celtics play for the 3 and pull away. They need to stop overreacting to the drive.

Isn’t that all Boston does is spam 3s? Thats their criticism for several years. They can just as easily get cold. Porzingas is the one guy that gives their offense a different look. So far that matchup is massively on their side.

The other part of it is offensive rebounds, and better defense. Plus Brown is the best he’s ever been this year. Everything going right.

Difference is Mavs are basically Kyrie, Luka and a bunch of bench players who are mediocre on offense. This is a bad matchup for them from the start but not sure I like the defensive gameplan. They can't keep up if the Celtics keep hitting 3s. They're going to have to let the Celtics just beat them inside the 3 point line over giving up open 3s all game.
