Celtics are way fresher they stomped 3 garbage basically play in teams who were all injured to death (Indiana struggled to beat the Bucks minus Dame/Giannis). If they don't win this year they have to blow up the Tatum/Brown combo they have had the best supporting casts for ages now that any two other top 20 players would have won with.

The only way Boston gets into trouble if they go through the same crap that we went through that first big 3 year, when Bron was more worried about the finals MVP than trying to make sure we won. So if the media continues to play up that angle, maybe Tatum tries to take over more and they stop playing as a team.

I do not think Mavs have the personal to defend the Celtics. There is a matchup issue here. The Maves do not have elite perimeter defenders. They built their team to defend teams like Wolves and Nuggets.

Lowkey Celts becoming Jaylen Brown team. Tatum probably more talented. But Jaylen got more heart and plays with way more force & urgency when it matters
