Joe Johnson. We didn't have him for long but he was such a great pickup for us in 2016. Such a shame Bosh went down that year but IIRC we were only able to acquire Johnson off of waivers with the MLE due to the salary exception we were granted from losing Chris.

It's kind of early for this answer because it's so recent, but Dipo will be my answer next time this thread comes up years from now. I never rooted harder for a Heat player other than Wade. Dipo seemed like such a good guy and had no quit, just couldn't get his leg right. Really unfortunate...
