Sixers/Nets/Knicks/Bulls but small
Philly trades: #16
Philly gets: Finney-Smith, Dosunmu
Brooklyn trades: Finney-Smith
Brooklyn gets #25
Knicks trade: #24/#25
Knicks get: #16
Bulls trade: Dosunmu
Bulls get: #24
With 2nds to your favorite team as well.
Bulls reset a rookie clock
Nets get a first for Finney-Smith and continue plans for 25 free agency
Knicks don't need two prospects, so move up for one better one
Sixers obviously looking to add a 3rd star in the draft, but will also need affordable depth so they aren't overly dependent on min guys. This brings in two key rotation guys while leaving the max slot.

As a Sixer fan I’d much rather keep 16.

Maybe I'm out of place here...in general I like it, but I would eliminate the Bulls

I'm surprised. Joel just hit age 30, and with his injury history, I think Philly should be in "win now" mode
This is a win-now trade for Philly. A typical FRP in the teens rarely sees court time in the playoffs as a rookie, and it can take a few seasons before you know what you've got. OTOH, both Finney-Smith and Dosunmu are playable depth that would be in Philly's top 7 rotation next spring pretty much no matter what you do with the remaining cap space.
In a no-win argument, the first poster to Let It Go will at least retain some peace of mind

That's quite a bit different from what I see. Are you keeping cap holds on anyone but Maxey?

Re: Sixers/Nets/Knicks/Bulls but small
Again, what do the Bulls do after this that resets the clock? Either S&T or let DeRozan go. Get something for Lavine, get something for Caruso, move Vucevic. Those are the guys that are signed for more money and if you're pushing the clock ahead wouldn't be around for when good things start to happen.
Because Dosunmu is signed for next to nothing, with another off season leap could be a starter or at the very least first guard off the bench 6th man. This is the same bad move that the blow it up squad wanting to move Coby White. Trading either of your two young coming on players means you're seriously tanking so you don't want your aging veterans sticking around.

I think the Knicks need the 2 prospects. We were so battered by injuries during the playoffs. I think Indiana's depth was a big advantage for them in our series.
Why rely on nuance, facts and logic when you can bludgeon the other side with mindless repetition of "Duuur McDaniel's has potential
and still be treated as if you were reasonable.

I have them at about 44.5M in cap space after this (45.3 if they let go of Ricky Council), which is slightly under the max for Paul George.
I like both players for the Sixers, but I think I like this in variations where they only get one of them.
I was kicking around the idea of #16 for DFS and the Sixers '27 1st returned.
But something like 16 to NYK for 24+25, and then keeping one of those picks and trading the other for either of those guys could work.

16 is not worth 24/25 in this draft.

Oh dear God no, giving up Dosunmu for #24 is disgusting, utterly disgusting.
