I still have nightmares of Bruce Hurst going to win World Series MVP in 1986 only to see that fumbled away.

Finals MVP is so close right now. I'd argue Holiday is #1 right now, Brown #2. You could make a case for White if he has a big game in 3 or 4. Tatum has shot poorly but could very easily bounce back and win it with 2 efficient scoring performances. Any of those 4 guys i think could win it at this point.

I think the funniest outcome would be a 3-3-3 finals MVP vote between Brown, Tatum and Holiday.

Mavs are giving him the Miami and Golden State treatment.

Throw bodies in his way and Tatum really struggles because he hesitates on shots, drives and dribble moves because of the extra bodies.

Thankfully he is making the right plays in terms of passing but man when it comes to shooting the a
extra attention has thrown him off.

He does beat his man off the dribble but he’s always full speed straight line drive to the basket he can’t cope with the help defence or he lays it off too hard off the backboard. He needs to learn from Jaylen and Luca, get his man on his hip then he can take more time to deal with the help defence. Try some floaters or change of pace euros.
He was so much better at finishing at the beginning of the season.

Can't cope? Tatum driving and finding Jrue for easy buckets at the basket won the game.

We saying he can’t score when the help comes but he’s making the right play when he passes.

I think he’s a lot better on the perimeter than in the paint. He’s meh or whatever on the perimeter but might be the worst 6’7” interior defender in the league imo.
