I do get a weird feeling we’re going to pick him. Need for size, and Edey is HUGE, plus the college pedigree…you know Riley would be absolutely frothing….

Let it be remembered that I was calling dudes name when he was still mocked in the 20’s. He just went a little too good down the stretch and leapfrogged our pick unfortunately.

I will never forget.

Represented by Mike Miller’s agency. Could be viewed as a high end undrafted two way prospect. Currently updated on our workout list on hoopshype as 69th rated prospect two behind Zyon Pullin.

Is Ellis’s defense NBA-ready?
Yes, his defensive instincts and agility suggest that he will be able to hold his own. However, continued refinement and adaptation to NBA speeds and schemes will be critical for his sustained success.

Ellis would thrive in an up-tempo system that values spacing and pace, leveraging his shooting and playmaking to maximize his impact. A franchise with a strong developmental focus could unlock his full potential.

Defensive Prowess
On the defensive end, Ellis displays quick feet and active hands. His lateral movement and anticipation allow him to stay in front of speedier guards, while his understanding of defensive schemes suggests a high basketball IQ.

Newton 60
Pullin 67
Ellis 69

3 PG’s worked out ranked in the 60’s. Looks like we are looking at deep value developmental prospects at the PG spot.

Boogie Ellis's agent is Mike Miller, our Mike Miller?! Wow. I wouldn't be surprised that's a big connection.

Also, 2 USC player worked out and neither of them are Bronny. Him and klutch ain't sniffing this team any time too.
