Love Zach Lowe on Get Up when Greeny says “am I the only one that thinks the Lakers are right there in the West?” “They were in every game against the Nuggets.” Zach put his head down on the desk lol. “Greeny they won ONE playoff game this year.” Lulz

Sorry, if you can't even play mediocre defense, you shouldn't be in the conversation for MVP unless you're putting up 50 a game.

Luka is just too slow and unahtletic to guard guys like Tatum and Brown. Imagine Jokic trying to guard Giannis from the perimeter and you get the same result.
They'd be better off hiding Luka on Porzingis or Horford.

I hate videos like that, you can cherry pick clips on any player in the league where stuff like that happens. think of what you could put together for Jrue just in the MIA series last year. That's not to say Luka is good at D, but cherry picked clips in a league where all rules are tilted to O isn't the way to do it. I didn't check his personal D numbers but the narrative this year has been that he's lost weight and was competent on D, but IDK if the numbers back it up.
Oh also isn't he playing these games with a legit injury, also not the best time to cherry pick plays.

Didn't Porzingis have the same injury as Giannis?Looks like there is serious risk of further injury if you rush back too soon.

Did you really just post a lineup with the starting 2 guard being JR Smith?
Our actual management posted a lineup with the starting 2 guard being Tony Snell.

This was almost a best case scenario. He is still day to day. There is no way I let him play in games 3 or 4.
But yeah, this is why I said it's probably best if we lose. It's also best if Giannis doesn't play for Greece but that's his decision.

I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Losing Jerry and Bill in the span of a couple weeks is rough, man. Protect Oscar and Kareem at all costs.

my first thought was that this always occurs in 3's and we definitely need to look out for our elder nba stars

If the report is true they want him on a 2 year deal and I'd imagine he would want more than that. If they can't get him it could open way for a Lopez deal

Re: Around the League - Celtics/Mavs Finals
I have to return to give thanks for the memories to Jerry West. Luckily, I saw him play many times in person in Milwaukee and Chicago and watched him every chance I got on the telly when he was at West Virginia and early NBA.
He is right there among the best players I've ever seen, along with the Big O and Bill Russell. He made a name for himself post NBA playing, but they called him Mr. Clutch and he had the prettiest jumper anyone ever had. Great defender.

Re: Around the League - Celtics/Mavs Finals
There is an option on league pass to watch the finals with Kevin Hart and something called the plastic cup boyz and I am not sure why anyone would do that?
