Duncan Robinson is a better defender than Luka at this point

Luka might legitimately be the worst defender in the league. It's not just that he gets cooked, he doesn't even try. At least Duncan and Herro are trying when they get cooked lol.

It was very unexpected, but I actually haven't been that tilted by these Finals since fLuka has been so damn unlikeable. Would've been wrong to see that fat, whiny, lazy, no-defense-playing euro bitch boi take down a chip with the flat-earther redemption story next to him.

Luka is a bad defender but he's playing with a bad knee and is dealing with other injuries and we've seen what happens with an injured star in the playoffs, just look how Butler's play dropped off after being injured in the playoffs. With that said... 107, 105, 106 are the points Dallas has given up its first 3 games of the finals, Kyrie's lack of offense probably cost them 1 if not both of the first 2 games in the Finals, if you look at his TS% it's .463 which is horrific for an offensive player of his caliber.

Either Luka just shrugs this Finals off citing his injuries and maybe he's on a good enough team to win a title how he currently plays, or he takes a look at his complete game and fixes some of his weakness (like defense/body) to give himself a chance to win a title or 2.

BTW, Duncan and Herro aren't' giving effort a lot of the time on defense. Robinson has gotten better at team positioning to make himself look better but both look like traffic cones out there a lot of the time, but I'd have to say both currently have the ability to play better defense than Luka's current potential is.
