Charles Barkley Announces He's Retiring From TV After 24-25 NBA Season

Charles Barkley has announced he plans to retire from broadcasting following the 24-25 season.

"I've talked to all the networks, but I ain't going nowhere other than TNT," said Barkley. But I have made the decision myself, no matter what happens, next year is going to be my last year on television."

Chuck is just negotiating for a huge contract.

He did the same thing last time with TNT.

Any network that wants him will have to give him huge $$$ to "convince" him to come out of retirement.

So what exactly is a 61 year old mult-millionaire going to do. Travel. spend time with his grandkids, play golf, become more active in his business ventures, make some movies, gamble. Stay around the house and frustrate his wife that is used to him being away and get divorced?

He is more widely known for being a TV personality than he is for playing basketball. Being on TNT has made him his real fortune. So now he is just going to give that up for? If he has health issues that is one thing, but I doubt this retirement will last long. He will pop back up on TV.
