However, he's a tough guy to sign for a fair price because he always has suitors. He's not productive enough to throw a bag at.
Kris Dunn is a lockdown defender, but more of a clunky fit for spacing. Also, his personality can be a little rough to get along with, bad lockerroom guy. I don't think I'd want him.
Wonder if that's still true after bouncing around the league. He'll somehow be 30 this year. Doesn't feel that long ago that we were talking about drafting him.
Delon is a guy I'd happily take for the minimum if the market doesn't play out for him, and pass on for actual money given our needs elsewhere.

Wright is the superior player and fit. Offer him the vet min and see what happens. Sucks that despite all this cap space our resources are still going to be so limited.
I’m fine with Lowry coming back for the min, but I’m just so tired of slow old dudes on this team. We just need someone who can spell Maxey for 15 mpg. I don’t want to see him at the top of the league in mpg again.

Edgecombe/Grimes/Gordon
George/Oubre/Edwards
Watford/Barlow/Walker

That's my assumption. Can't imagine anyone is thinking about giving him money. I guess the allure of better cities could bring him elsewhere, but he's got enough of a connection here that I think he'll stay.

Who needs draft picks?
It's Elton Brand.
It was 100% LeBron. I have a buddy that works there and even got a picture with him

He's such a character
The way he grazed the Larry O with childlike wonder as walked off the set.
Would sacrifice a lot if I could to see him lift one before he retires.

That’s because he was damn near 25 when he came out
always a jump shot away.

Man, he looked kinda washed in the playoffs. He could have a roll but IDK if we can trust Nurse not to rely on him when his lack of speed is actively cooking us.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

Need to see that picture and then you need to send that to Spike Eskin. I want to believe you,but if it actually is him, that's pretty huge, and you're friend should do everything he can to actually make it clear that it was him. Maybe blur out his face, and show Lebron or something I don't know man, but people have said it's not him

If it was LeBron, I’d call for new ownership. How could you be so unbelievably stupid to tamper in a public place?

Harris should be forced to sell the team if that had been LeBron.

I thought he looked like their 3rd best performer at the start of the series. Definitely faded at the end, and should not have been out there nearly as much as he was. And I agree about worrying about Nurse relying too much on him.
In general, I think he's probably a good guy to have around in terms of leadership/mentorship. As far as minimum signings go, I feel pretty confident in him as a 9th/10th man, even in his current form. He's still got that gamer quality where he'll hit a timely 3 or take a charge. Although he was the one that screwed up that inbounds pass that cost them that game against the Knicks (and almost screwed them with the same thing in the Heat game)

Re: Sixers Offseason Thread Part 2
If we sign Cal Lowry back, would Nick Nurse have the restraint to NOT rely on him for big minutes?
I would love to have him back, but only with the understanding that it would be at a reduced capacity. Nick Nurse played this dude 29 mpg in the playoffs, which is absurd. That cannot be the plan heading into next year.

I guess it depends if we will get anyone who is capable of running primary ball handler. Our history suggests we won’t.

Man, Paul George talking about GM reputations on his podcast and how players talk. I hope Morey realizes we're being used instead of wasting his time.
Looking more and more like we'll be going the trade route. Time to delete all the bad stuff we said about current-day Jimmy Butler and Brandon Ingram.

Not sure why someone wouldn't realize an aggrieved James Harden would have aired those grievances frequently to his fellow Clippers teammates.
Clippers got a brand new arena opening next year. It's LA with the media and glitz that goes along with it. No way Paul George wants to give that up to come to Philadelphia.
Use Philadelphia to get a better deal out of the Clippers? Sure.
LeBron and Rich Paul also just use them to try to get LeBron either where he wants, or to make the Lakers draft his kid. Sure.
Neither is legitimately looking at Philly as their preferred destination one bit.
