This board is gonna be a great read when the Jrue discourse really gets going.

Hopefully he doesn't take the bait.

Dame will use it as motivation to win another 3pt shootout at all star weekend.

For the record, as a uswnt fan of that era, that clearly wasn’t Lauren Cheney

It's already starting. Going to be WILD for a bit.

I'm happy for him. I think we could've handled his trade with more class and communication as an organization, and he clearly felt that as well. Trades hurt players, and that's unavoidable, but the way we handled that was objectively poor and I intuitively thought that Jrue MIGHT get a ring this year as some sort of cosmic karma. Turns out karma is real and Jrue is still the real deal when it matters and when his role is appropriate.

Tough choice for FMVP. Nobody has really stood out from Boston - it has been a whole of team effort where different guys have starred in different games. I'm guessing Brown or Tatum will get it though. Maybe Tatum after today.

Even with this game for Tatum, it is Brown’s mvp.

Couldn't care less about Jrue and the associated angst ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I hate Boston so I'm trying to look at the bright side of things.

One is I'm trying to convince myself that without out a doubt, Giannis signed his extension because of the Jrue for Dame trade. I'd rather have Jrue than Dame. But I'd rather have Dame if it means keeping Giannis.

The other is Mavs fans are Cowboys fans.

It's not working, I'm still really annoyed. The only thing worse than the Celtics winning a championship is the Lakers winning a championship.

Let him piss off Giannis.

That’ll fuel Giannis for Olympic qualifying

Let’s just hope Al Horford finally **** off forever now. Could be the silver lining to the Boston title I never wanted to have to suffer through. This is my nightmare. Oh well.

I will say it was comical watching Tatum go hero mode this game just to try and cement his MVP when he was pretty much outplayed by Jaylen Brown the whole time.. whatever. **** Boston still and forever and always.

Boston deserved it tho, as much as it makes me want to puke saying that, it’s true. Meh.

Will ESPN have Tatum ahead of Giannis now?

I thought the transition hadn't been made from Cuban to Adelson yet. Knowing it had now, that's my silver lining in the C's W.

It's really sick that we traded for a star and the guy we had to move for that to happen helped a rival team win the title.

I am extremely low-key happy for Tatum. In comparison to other stars he doesn't whine quite as insufferably, he seems legitimately nice, he's got no off-court drama, and he's gotten a lot of (often deserved) hate during his career.

Man, **** Boston, the Celtics, their fans, and Boston again like 3x more, though.

Jrue has been an enormous loss for the Bucks. We got a 1 dimensional player for a 2 dimensional one. Bad decision by the Bucks.
