I’ve actually liked JJ in the media. He’s actually always been fair and balanced towards us compared to many others. Shame gotta root against him now.

They should've made Mike Gorman call the home games.

I’ve been saying this. The Finals presentation has been weak for a while. Give us full pre game intros and arena atmosphere. Finals logos on court and better patches on jerseys. And bring back the ABC/ESPN theme song over highlights and commercial connector instead of generic pop songs.

And don't spend 24 hours a day talking down one of the contenders.

OKC isn't giving any of their draft pick stash in this one?

Yeah it looks like it's just a straight swap of Caruso for Giddey without any draft picks.

Caruso is an expiring so maybe the price was not too high for that reason. Could end up being a rental for OKC. Really good piece for them, though.

That's a good old fashioned trade imo.

Still interested in stealing aaron Wiggins from that team lol. Chicago should have asked for both.

I like that trade. OKC get a win now player, Bulls get some young albeit flawed talent. Win win for sure

Caruso is a good get for OKC, a good complement to SGA.

OKC must really not like Josh Giddey. Or they just don't think he fits well with their otherwise great team chemistry. Still, I think a lot of people undersell Giddey's upside, and even this postseason where he fell out of favor, he posted a solid on-off net rating.

I don't know what I think of this move for OKC, Caruso is the type of piece that improves team culture perhaps and puts you over the top if you are close enough, but Giddey is a young kid & a good playmaker averaging 18/9/7 per 40. Giddey should be worth more than Caruso IMO

Seems good for both teams, which is a rarity. CHI getting the younger, bigger player. OKC getting the defender and glue guy champion.

OKC wasn't giddy about his recent playoff performance. He was awful.

Its not that hard for the Heat to become a legit contender. They just need to get a player that makes Jimmy the 2nd best player on the roster, without losing Jimmy or Bam, with no other significant assets on the roster

Last 6 NBA titles were won by 6 different franchises.
Previous 35 NBA titles were won by 10 different franchises.
