Undrafted. He was a bad G League player. His arc is an example of how all the NBL players are overrated in this draft.

I think they should lower the salaries for rookies so they work harder for that next conract.

Or just don’t make contracts guaranteed. Or cap them at 50% guaranteed.

I think Dunn can be better than OG defensively.

Thinking about how they have the green room participants selected, does anyone know the process they use? Is there a GM survey where they rank the players, do they do a mock draft and submit that to the league? Or more nefariously is the draft actually done quietly behind the scenes and largely settled before the draft, then the show is just the unveiling to fans?

I still can’t shake how I am was talking to Paschke at a Bucks draft party and all he was on about was Thon and Brogdon before the draft even began. Makes me wonder

If we aren't trading our picks and assuming they are on the board I think we should take Edey 1st rd and use the Portland 2nd on Kolek or Cam Spencer.

Teams are asked to vote on the top 25 players they expect to be drafted first.

If you give Dunn even a 5% chance to develop a shot, you take him. Dunn with a shot is a title window extender next to Giannis. They would absolutely terrorize teams on the defensive end.

His floor and the need he can fill for us defensively day one is pretty solid as well.

I can’t shake that, either. That’s one of the best nuggets I’ve picked up from this board. It makes sense from a league perspective to get as many teams as possible feeling optimistic and getting needs met through the draft. Leaving the draft to draft night is riskier for the NBA than any of the other major leagues.

I hope this year in-person DukeH would hype up a quality athletic post player to replace Brook,, an athletic defending wing, and/or a 6’4”-6’7” 2-way guard.

Dunn & Shannon or another similar 2-way guard

AJJ was our non offensive pick guy that is so good at everything else to deserve minutes. I hope he is, but we need more from this draft than a defensive type.

Shannon from Illinois makes a lot of sense for us as does Zach edey. I hope we go that direction with our picks.

Agree. Ryan Dunn seems re"Dunn"dant.

Dunn isn't afraid to go up for a layup at the basket. Ajax also isn't near the defender Dunn is

That’s a fun play to watch. This teams needs more of that high energy, it’s been draining for years, adding a player like AJJ made that abundantly clear to me.

I’m surprised there hasn’t been more talk about this. With NIL I think everyone wins. Encourages guys stay in college longer and come into the league more developed and ready to contribute. NBA teams don’t have to waste years waiting for guys to develop. Increases interest in college ball. Leaves more money on the table for the vets. I’d kinda love this.

I love ajax. But pretending this clip shows anything about his non-willingness to score at the rim is foolish.

Here is some more for you then.

AJJ appears to be a cutter also.

I love AJAX, but he still hasn't shown he can play decent minutes without accumulating a million fouls. He certainly wouldn't stop me from taking Dunn considering the dearth in wing defenders we have.

I can’t believe that anyone who watched our defense last year thinks adding another wing defender is redundant? I’d love to grab Shannon too, but i doubt either guy will make it to 33

The Bucks seem to have more wing defenders than centers at the moment.
