Congrats for the title. It was well deserved, contrary to what some critics might say. This was a truly great season from beginning to end, a dominating team with an amazing core. You add those two things and I think this achievement will age well in the coming years in historical terms.

I'm a Warriors fan, but above all I'm a basketball and NBA fan, and Boston's history and great players over the decades hold a special place in my heart.

I'm specially happy for my friend Bisme. He's such a great person, amongst many other Boston fans here in RealGM. With fans like these it's not hard to root for Boston. I feel glad to see you guys enjoying the title, and surely there's a great window of contending in the years ahead.

That's why you need to make and hit on some draft picks. If Walsh can become a rotation guy and you hit on #30 that's a good start.

They had events in the Garden twice -- once right after the last game, and one before the parade.

For example, the mayor and governor spoke at the second one.

Note: Mayor Wu has positioned herself as fairly basketball friendly, IMO, and Governor Healey actually used to be a pro basketball player herself.
