Now that the season is over I can say without fear of jinxing it that we had very good luck with injuries all year around all things considered!

Almost all champs do. There is a reason “the healthiest team wins” is a thing.

I would argue the last 4 teams in the West were healthier than the Celtics including the Mavs.

Since all NBA fans are creating their own fan fiction and what-if stories right now, I'd say the Celtics would've had the highest net rating in postseason history and would've gone 16-1 had Porzingis been healthy.

I always thought he was pretty solid but hadn’t seen any of his stuff in ages. Then I just totally wrote him off after listening to his finals preview where he said Dallas had the two best players in the series.

As did I, was a very frequent listener. Then he started to say it didn’t matter what we did in the regular season and that sentiment continued into the playoffs. Bad faith arguments etc.

Random fact: By winning the 2024 NBA Finals, the Boston Celtics (151) overtook the San Antonio Spurs (150) as the team with the most playoffs wins in the 2000s. Next three: Heat (143), Lakers (135), Warriors (113).
